Residents Diary.

This is a diary of the project made by the resident at the time.

DAY – 1. Tuesday 19th August

The Residents Liaison Officer (RLO), aka Junior, arrived at 8.00am to introduce himself, asking me to let him know if there are any questions or problems. I left a spare door key with him in case I was out at any time and access was required. I was told that the key would be safely secured and it’s issue and use controlled.
Things started chaotically, as the first workers to arrive were the electricians, who had been told that they were to carry out a full rewiring of the entire flat. This caused chaos because no one had any information that this was going to happen, and there was no schedule for them to be here today. Access to most of the were now blocked by the fittings…
