Can you help solve the great mystery of the rebuild?

Why is it that all balconies are now having chain-link fencing being put in place to “protect our windows and doors”, which Keepmoat Managers have been told to install?

If it is to protect windows and doors then surely the fencing should be put up to protect all windows around the building, as those on balconies are well recessed, out of harms way.

The work which was most likely to cause damage to windows and doors in this part of the building have mostly been completed.

All I can see it doing at this stage is to act as an obstruction for when they actually do the rest of the work on the balcony itself, specifically the balcony floor tar replacement and the replacement of the already removed asbestos…
