EXPENSIVE SCAM USING THE UNDELIVERED PARCELS CONFIDENCE TRICK

The letter you shouls just destroy if you receive it.

This  letter from facebook shows how the scam works.

If you receive a letter from any delivery company saying that they haave tried to deliver a parcel while you were out, and asks you to call a premium line number to arrange redelivery, there are only two things you should do.

  1. Report it to the fraud line.
  2. Destroy the letter.

NO genuine delivery companies of any repute will use premium rate numbers for you to contact them.

The Action Fraud Alert service classify this as a Premium Rate Phone Line Scam, and more information on this type of scam, and how to report it, is on this link.

REMEMBER OUR MOTTO:

NEVER BE THE VICTIM!
