A ‘haunted’ security door has decided to take on a life of it’s own.

The 'Haunted' front door.

The ‘Haunted’ door.

Throughout the night, this security door decided to open and close itself continuously all night long. Not so good for security, but great for the haunted door hunters.

The installers solution:

Remove the automatic opening facility completely. This leaves the elderly, wheelchair bound and disabled residents having to push open a heavy door, and struggle to go through it, which was what the automatic system was set to avoid.

There is one more question though. They have made a temporary fix to the front door, but what about:

The back entrance, mysteriously open!

The back entrance, mysteriously open!
